Terms and Conditions

Registrations are not complete until payment in full is received.

All registrations are non-refundable, although may be transferable in certain circumstances.

Due to state law, you may not bring alcoholic beverages or food into the hotel. Any minor attendees to events will be marked as minors for non-consumption of alcohol.  Minor drinking and smoking will not be tolerated.  Any minor found breaking these laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I hereby give permission for images of myself, captured during regular activities, at Twin Cities Balboa Festival (held July 11-13, 2008), through video, photo, and digital camera to be used by Pazaz Dance for promotional material and video distribution, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

I acknowledge that Pazaz Dance has informed me that there are physical risks and dangers associated with dancing. I assume all such risks and agree that Pazaz Dance/TCBF and all its employees and associates thereof will not be held responsible in any way for any injury I may suffer as a result of participation in classes, dances, and competitions.
